TASC to Honor George Soros at 10th Anniversary Benefit

The After-School Corporation (TASC) will hold its 10th Anniversary Benefit: The Power of After-School
honoring George Soros, Founder & Chairman of the Open Society Institute and TASC founder. The event marks
TASC's first ten years of giving all kids opportunities to grow through after-school and summer programs that
support, educate and inspire them. Major event sponsors include Time Warner Inc; Sonia and Paul T. Jones;
and Robert D. Joffe, partner, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Speakers include George Soros, CNN's
Soledad O'Brien and Richard D. Parsons.
